Mosley attended the UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television.  

Mario has taught throughout The US, Asia, Europe and Australia. He is a longtime Lythgoe Family (So You Think You Can Dance) Panto choreographer, having worked on such shows as Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Aladdin and most recently a groundbreaking, 3D production of Jack & the Beanstalk at the world famous State Theatre in Sydney, Australia. 

His talents in some many fields of the performing arts has given him with the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting names in the entertainment industry, including Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Ariana Grande, Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Prince, Kelly Clarkson, Snooop Dogg, Sia, Justin Timberlake, Isaiah Morgan (Kidz Bop), The Pussycat Dolls, Justin Timberlake,  Jennifer Hudson,The Gap Band, Bootsie Collins, Zac Efron, N'SYNC, Olivia Holt (Cruel Summer), Jordyn Jones, Diego Pasillas  (NBC World of Dance S4 WINNER),  Jaina Lee Ortiz (Station 19), Taja V. Simpson (The Oval), Bailey Sok (dance industry megastar), Nia Sioux (Sunnyside Up, Dance Moms) and Disney sensation Ruby Rose Turner (Coop and Cami ask the World). 

Mario has directed and choreographed numerous youth musical productions such as, Mary Poppins, Little Mermaid, Matilda, Jungle Book, Annie, Beauty and the Beast, Hamilton, Wizard of Oz, Seussical and Grease.

Mario also works in the field of casting and live event production and specializes in working with young performers.  He has worked on numerous projects for many major networks including, FOX, ABC, CBS, WB and BET, as well at theaters and live event venues all over the world. Some of his TV Special credits include World Music Awards, Grammy Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards.
