Ryan Ramirez

At the age of 16, Ryan burst into the industry spotlight as the assistant to famed choreographer Mia Michaels. Mia saw her perform a self-choreographed solo and immediately asked Ryan if she would work with her. She assisted the Emmy award-winning choreographer on projects throughout the country, including So You Think You Can Dance in the United States and Canada, before becoming a top finalist herself on season 8 of the show.

Her television performance credits began at age 17 on Dancing with the Stars, and since then she has built an incredible resume. In television, she has appeared on shows such asThe Academy Awards, The Emmys, The Voice, American Idol, Glee, House, American Music Awards, Video Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and more. She has traveled the world and performed with legendary artists such as: Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Cher, J Balvin, Katy Perry, Jennifer Hudson and Nick Jonas to name a few. You can also see her on the big screen, most recently dancing alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in Quentin Tarantino’s Academy Award Winning Film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Ryan is well known in the industry as a dancer/performer, but her first success as a young artist was actually as an innovative choreographer. That continues to be a driving force in her life and her career. She has choreographed for artists such as Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani and James Arthur and recently was a choreographer on NBC’s American Song Contest. Choreography has always set her soul on fire and she is excited to see where that passion will lead to next.
