Meghan Way
Meghan Way is currently pursuing her dream career as a dancer,
teacher, and choreographer.
As a dancer, she grew up assisting and learning from Liz Imperio,
Tyce Diorio, and Doug Caldwell, among others. Her versatility and
work ethic have brought her many performance opportunities. She
worked on the Redken Industrial under choreographer, Ray Leeper,
and Tarbell Realty Industrial, where she had the chance to perform
and puppeteer. Meghan has performed commercially for Carvel Ice
Cream and John Robert Powers alongside the stars of "High School
Musical." Her commitment and passion have brought her to the stage
in dance companies as well. She is a part of Gregg Russell's
"Tapsounds Underground", Nichelle Bane's "Reflections Dance
Company", and Joelle Martinec's "Unbound Dance Ensemble". Meghan
has also performed at Harrah's Casino for New Years and for
Disneyland's "Snow White".
Meghan's energy and love of inspiration have contributed to her
life as a teacher and choreographer as well. Meghan teaches at
the EDGE in Hollywood, and is a new member of guest faculty for
LA Dance Force. She has been blessed to have the opportunity to
teach for DMA, Dance Olympus, Boogiezone University, Robert
Schultz's "Artists in Training" and Gregg Russell's "3D Dance
Network". She has traveled across the country to teach and
choreograph at numerous studios, and has had the chance to travel
to Canada, Guatemala, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Additionally, she
has choreographed numerous times for Carnival at the Key Club in
Los Angeles. Meghan enjoys judging, and has critiqued for competitions
such as Hall of Fame Dance Challenge, Starlight, VIP Dance, and
Odyssey.
Lastly, Meghan has traveled the country and performed in
England, Germany, and Switzerland with the performing arts company,
"Urban Poets", based out of her church MOSAIC in Los Angeles.
